Apparently what this show does is feature real people with outrageous situations.  In this episode, we see the delight of the alleged father of a baby learning that he is in fact, not the father, juxtaposed with the crushing defeat of the mother (weirdly, this is hilarious).

Also, check out the people with (bizarrely real) irrational fears (chickens, balloons, peaches), fat mothers who dress too skimpily, heaviest 4 year old girl etc etc.
